Terms and Responsibilities
Scope of Work: SaaS Sales Manager
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and align sales efforts with the client’s unique value proposition.
2. Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and engage potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of the SaaS product to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3. Target-Based Performance:
- Set clear sales targets, such as monthly revenue goals, client acquisition numbers, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the team to create sales pipelines and manage opportunities effectively.
4. Sales Team Management and Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and customer onboarding.
- Provide leadership and coaching to sales team members, if applicable, to enhance their performance and productivity.
5. KPI Setting and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as monthly revenue growth, deal closure rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Provide regular reports detailing sales performance, pipeline status, and actionable insights to improve outcomes.
6. Travel and Client Engagement:
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients as required.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the client’s SaaS product and expand the network.
7. Flexible Schedule :
– Offer a mix of synchronous hours for collaboration (e.g., 4 hours overlap) and asynchronous work time to maintain productivity.
8. Monthly Reporting:
– Provide a monthly report detailing progress, leads generated, and insights to assess impact and ROI.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5+ years in sales management, with a strong focus on SaaS or tech industries.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a startup environment.
Pay Structure
- Salary: As per experience (Negotiable).
