Terms and Responsibilities

Scope of Work: SaaS Marketing Manager

1. Marketing Strategy and Positioning :

– Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives.

– Conduct market research to understand the client’s sector’s unique challenges and tailor our value proposition accordingly.

2. Project-Based Targets:

– Define key performance indicators (KPIs) like qualified leads per month, social media engagement goals, or content publishing schedules.

3. Campaign Management :

– Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, and social media.

– Focus on high-priority tasks such as strategizing campaigns, managing key digital marketing activities, and overseeing lead generation.

4. KPI Setting and Tracking :

– Define key performance indicators (KPIs), such as monthly qualified leads, social media engagement goals, and content publishing schedules.

– Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement in engagement and conversion metrics.

5. Flexible Schedule :

– Offer a mix of synchronous hours for collaboration (e.g., 4 hours overlap) and asynchronous work time to maintain productivity.

6. Monthly Reporting :

– Provide a monthly report detailing campaign progress, leads generated, and insights to assess impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5+ years in marketing management, with a focus on SaaS or tech industries.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a startup environment.

Pay Structure

  • Salary: As per experience (Negotiable).
